Stellibell cooking tips
Hope you’ve had a great weekend!
Our cooking tip this week is clean
as you go. It might sound silly, but it makes a big difference. Returning to a
messy kitchen full of dirty dishes kind of takes away some of the enjoyment of
a wonderful meal. So wash as you go - the cutting board after you are finished
chopping something, the bowl after mixing ingredients etc. Enjoy!

Restoration Smoothie
A
great smoothie for the fall when your hair and skin could use new luster.
Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 4 kiwi fruits
- 1 ½ cups pineapple juice
- 4 fresh mint leaves
Directions
- Peel the mango
- Cut the mango into two thick slices as close to the pit as possible
- Cut off any flesh adhering to the pit
- Chop up all the mango flesh
- Peel the kiwi fruit with a sharp knife and chop the flesh
- Put the mango, kiwi fruit, pineapple juice, and mint leaves into a food processor or blender and process until thoroughly combined.
- Pour into glasses and serve.

Stellibell cooking tips
Preparation. Preparation. Preparation. Stellibell meals are quick and easy, but if you want to make it even easier prep the night before. Clean and chop the vegetables, make the salad etc. If you are going to be in super rush, you can even put out all the dry ingredients on the counter to speed up the process further. You will look like an even bigger master chef than you are now!
