Restoration Smoothie


A great smoothie for the fall when your hair and skin could use new luster.

Ingredients
  • 1 mango
  • 4 kiwi fruits
  • 1 ½ cups pineapple juice
  • 4 fresh mint leaves

Directions
  1. Peel the mango
  2. Cut the mango into two thick slices as close to the pit as possible
  3. Cut off any flesh adhering to the pit
  4. Chop up all the mango flesh
  5. Peel the kiwi fruit with a sharp knife and chop the flesh
  6. Put the mango, kiwi fruit, pineapple juice, and mint leaves into a food processor or blender and process until thoroughly combined.
  7. Pour into glasses and serve.
